Earlier this year, Logitech unveiled the MX Master Wireless Mouse. While the specs of the mouse is decent, the focus of the device was its design which showed off artisan craftsmanship, something that you don’t typically expect to see from a mouse. Well if you liked what you saw, you’ll be pleased to learn that Logitech is back with another mouse, this time in the form of the MX Anywhere 2.
The Anywhere 2 mouse will follow in the footsteps of the MX Master in terms of its design, but according to Logitech, this particular mouse has been designed for users who travel frequently and might need a more mobile mouse to bring around with them which is why they have made the Anywhere 2 mouse smaller than the MX Master.
Apart from its design, the rest of the mouse’s features will remain more or less the same. It will come with the same Darkfield laser sensor that can track on any surface including glass. It will also come with a Unifying dongle that lets users use the mouse with either a Windows or Mac computer without any issues.
It will also “lose” some features, such as the side scroll where the thumb rest is. In its place are two buttons for back and forward functionality. In terms of pricing, the Logitech MX Anywhere 2 is priced at $80 and is available for pre-order via Logitech’s website.
