However that might not necessarily be true with the KiBoJet. This is a keyboard designed by Sho U and what makes this keyboard so different from the rest is the fact that it comes with a pico projector built into it. What this means is that you won’t need a monitor to display the content as the keyboard is more than capable of doing so itself.
All users need to do is plug it into a computer and they’re good to go. In fact according to the folks at CNET who saw the KiBoJet in person, it can even be powered by an Intel Compute Stick, making this one heck of a portable computer/keyboard combo. The keyboard’s built in project is capable of 150 lumens of brightness and can project a display as wide as 33-inches.
The keyboard will also come built-in with other pieces of technology, like Bluetooth, WiFi support, and even 3W speakers. As it stands the device appears to be a working prototype at the moment and Sho U is planning on releasing it in the first half of 2016, but no word on pricing just yet.
