The wallet busting Huawei Honor 7 has made its way to the news wires in a bunch of leaks before, where there will be a couple of variants that will differ not only in design – but specifications as well, which would be very interesting to check out as most variants of a device tend to come in a change of design. In one of the more recent reports out of China, the lower end model will feature round corners as well as a metal frame, whereas the higher end sibling will look a whole lot more premium with its all metal body.
In terms of its hardware specifications, the Huawei Honor 7 (lower end model) will come with 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory, which ain’t too shabby at all, really, but the higher end model – I am not sure if it is something that has gotten lost in translation or not, will purportedly arrive with 128GB of internal memory – which is a whole lot and virtually unthinkable of where flagship smartphones are concerned, which means it will most probably cost a bomb if it were to be true. Oh yeah, that version will also feature 4GB RAM.
Shared hardware specifications will include the most recent Kirin chipset, where it is touted to come with the following cores: a quartet of Cortex A-53 cores, a pair of Cortex A-72 cores, and another pair of Cortex A-57 cores. The devices will feature a 5.2” Full HD display, a 16MP OIS camera, and a 3,280mAh battery to keep it chugging along, not to mention fast charging technology and fingerprint recognition.
