Halo fans have undoubtedly been waiting to hear what Microsoft has to say about Halo 5: Guardians at the Xbox E3 2015 press conference in Los Angeles today, and what the company has revealed certainly won’t disappoint fans. A new trailer for Halo 5: Guardians was released today and it was also confirmed that the title has a new 24 player multiplayer mode called Warzone that also features AI controller enemies and maps of gigantic sizes.
A trailer for Halo 5: Guardian’s online mode was shown off today during the E3 2015 press conference, which was opened up by Bonnie Ross, the studio head of 343.
Ross mentioned that this has been built from scratch for the Xbox One, while demonstrating live in-game co-op demonstration in which players will be able to revive their teammates.. Halo 5: Guardians brings major graphics improvements as opposed to previous titles.
The title also features a new multiplayer mode called Warzone that can feature up to 24 players, it includes AI controlled enemies as well as maps that are almost four times the size of previous maps.
It has actually been branded as the “most ambitious Halo campaign to date,” which provide players with seamless drop-in, drop-out co-operative gameplay.
Halo 5: Guardians is going to be released for the Xbox One on October 27th.
