The Samsung Galaxy A7 is now up for grabs for the residents of the United States too. The smartphone was launched in other regions of the world prior to bringing it to the West.
Although the device has not been officially unveiled by Samsung in North America, but buyers can order it from Amazon for a price of $442.43 and yes, there are no additional shipping charges. To recap the specifications of the Galaxy A7, it is one of the thinnest smartphone from the house of Samsung, measuring just 151 x 76.2 x 6.3 mm.
It comes with a 5.5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and is powered by an octa-core Exynos 5430 processor coupled with a 2GB of RAM. In terms of camera, it sports a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a 5-megapixel front camera. The device houses 2600 mAh battery.
Amazon is not stocking enough units of Galaxy A7 as of now, however, we hope that it will increase the stock pretty soon. Also, the Galaxy A7 sold by Amazon does not feature 4G LTE connectivity, although it does offer dual-SIM and AT&T – T-Mobile compatible HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) which is an enhanced 3G.
It would be interesting to see how many buyers in the US show interest in the late arrival of Galaxy A7. Especially after the arrival of premium Samsung smartphones such as Galaxy S6 and S6 edge.
