Everyone loves a good deal, right? Well if you’re looking for a good deal, you might be interested to learn that during Microsoft’s E3 conference, it was revealed that Fallout 3 will be bundled together with Fallout 4 on the Xbox One. Now this wasn’t so much a big reveal but rather the details were revealed in a ticker at the bottom of the screen during their conference.
This is good news for fans of the Fallout franchise who might be looking to replay the game. It’s also a good way for newcomers to see what the fuss is all about too. Unfortunately it was not mentioned as to whether the bundled Fallout 3 will be a remastered version designed for the Xbox One in mind, or if it will simply be an older version of the game with Xbox 360 backwards compatibility.
In the meantime for those who are looking forward to Fallout 4, Bethesda has revealed that the game will be released on the 10th of November later this year. Considering that Fallout fans have been waiting for years to get their hands on the game, the date could not come any sooner. The company also revealed a special Pip-Boy edition bundle where an actual Pip-Boy accessory would be bundled together with the game.
Fallout 4 will also be released on the PlayStation 4 but unfortunately there was no mention if PS4 gamers would get Fallout 3 bundled or if it is an Xbox exclusive. It has also been confirmed that the game will not be released on prev-gen consoles like the PS3 or Xbox 360.
