Earlier this year at CES 2015, Dell took the wraps off the XPS 13 Ultrabook. First of all given that this is an Ultrabook, it is incredibly thin and light, but what made the laptop even more compelling than before is the fact that it came with a display that had almost no bezels, thus giving the illusion that it is bigger than it really is.
If you thought Dell was onto something with that design, you were right as the company has recently announced during Computex 2015 their all new XPS 15. Basically this is the 15-inch version of this year’s XPS 13 and it too will feature a near bezel-less display which we have to admit is a pretty damn good look.
Unfortunately it seems that not much is known about the Dell XPS 15 for now as Dell had pretty much forbidden anyone to touch the device. In fact had the device not been used by Microsoft’s Nick Parker during the company’s keynote, we could have missed the device entirely.
That being said we can at the very least assume that it will be a slight improvement over this year’s XPS 13. We can also assume that the same display options will be presented, which is either a Full HD 1920×1080 resolution, or a touchscreen display with a 3200×1800 resolution. Either way hopefully we will learn more about the XPS 15 in the near future, but boy does it look pretty.
