It was announced by Visceral Games last week that it’s going to release the Battlefield Hardline: Criminal Activity DLC in the coming days, a confirmed release date was also provided by the developer, it was supposed to release the DLC on June 16th. That didn’t happen though despite the fact that it was only supposed to be released for Premium members on that date, everybody else would have had to wait for a fortnight.
Visceral has confirmed that it has actually delayed the release of Battlefield Hardline: Criminal Activity DLC due to some technical issues.
Regardless of the delay, this DLC is going to be released for Premium members first and once the exclusivity period is over it will be released for everybody else.
Visceral confirmed that due to technical issues it has had to delay the release, it didn’t really specify what these technical issues are. Nevertheless, the developer says that the Criminal Activity DLC is going to be released for Premium members on June 22nd.
As compensation for the delay Premium members on PC will be provided a Gold Battlepack at no extra charge, non-Premium members will have to wait until June 30th for this DLC to arrive, which on its own costs $14.99.
