Last week we heard that Sony is putting together a 1TB version of the PlayStation 4, since launch the console has only been available with 500GB of onboard storage though swapping out the hard drive isn’t exactly a tough job. Nevertheless Sony is officially expected to announce the 1TB PlayStation 4 at E3 2015 and it looks like Microsoft might follow suit. A listing for the 1TB Xbox One with the new controller has been spotted on Amazon.
Reports about a new Xbox One controller starting coming in a couple of weeks back, the controller is expected to have a 3.5mm headset jack, which is something that many gamers would appreciate having right on the controller itself.
The Amazon listing that’s been spotting says that this particular model of the Xbox One has a 1TB internal hard drive and it “includes a controller with a 3.2mm headset jack,” so players can plug in any compatible headset.
As per the listing, this item is going to be released on June 15th, which is the very same day on which Microsoft is going to conduct a press conference at E3, 2015 in Los Angeles.
The price mentioned on the listing for the 1TB Xbox One is $399.99, and since it doesn’t seem to be a limited time promotion, the price tag is likely to stay for good.
