It looks like the Xiaomi online store will be supported in a few new countries from June onward, and these are not third world countries that would find it difficult to spend money on a smartphone, as life as it is is already tough enough. No sir, we are looking in the direction of US, France, Germany, and the UK to enjoy the benefits of a Xiaomi online store from June onward.
It has already been a fortnight since Xiaomi made an announcement that they will be testing out an online store which will sell Xiaomi accessories to customers who happen to reside in the US, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, and at launch, there will only be product quantities in a limited amount.
Looks as though the test has been successful enough to result in the Mi Store being prepared for an official launch across all those countries mentioned, starting with June 1st in the US before the remaining three European countries follow suit on June 2nd. No handsets will be sold here though, so you can only find the likes of accessories such as external power banks, headphones, or even their very own $15 fitness band. I guess despite the reiteration that Xiaomi will remain committed to tablets, you will not find any Xiaomi tablet here on sale, too.
