The Sony Lavender is an upcoming device that has been codenamed as such, and it was just a few days ago that a leaked image of the Sony Lavender was featured on our site. Having said that, this upcoming smartphone is said to sport a design that is out of the ordinary – simply put, it will come with a near bezel-less form factor, which would be in line with most of the modern day TVs that you see in living room these days. This unannounced smartphone has yet more details leaked out by the folks over at @upleaks.
Apparently, the Sony Lavender is touted to be a selfie-focused handset, where it will not only boast of a 13MP camera located right at the back, but for selfie lovers, you too, will be able to enjoy a front-facing 13MP shooter, now how about that? Either way, they will come with a LED flash that ought to make short work of shooting in low light or dark conditions. Other rumored hardware specifications include 2GB RAM, a 64-bit, octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz, a 1080 x 1920 pixels display of unknown size, although it has been tipped to be more generous than the 5.5” screen found on the Xperia C4.
It is also touted that when launched, the Sony Lavender will have at least Android 5.0 Lollipop in tow, where several variants will even come with Dual SIM capabilities.
