It is one thing to have a leak, and another for a full leak to happen. It looks as though the Meizu M2 Note has just experienced a full specifications leak for the curious, right before an official announcement of the device is made..Sure, there has been a few leaks before in the past few months, but this one seems to be the most serious one just yet. This particular device is also known by other names such as the Meizu M1 Note 2 and the Meizu Note 2, which makes it all the more confusing, actually.
The leaks in the past hail from an official promotion as well as several blurry shots, while the latest leak will involved being spotted on the hugely popular GFX Benchmark’s database, although the hardware specifications page is now missing as at press time. I guess someone wised up to it and decided that certain details should not be made public knowledge. Still, in this day and age, there are many who would have known to take a screenshot first before doing anything else, so there is still plenty of “evidence”, so to speak.
Apparently, the Meizu M2 Note will arrive with a 5.6″ 1080p display and it should run on a MediaTek MT6753 chipset that sports an 8-core Cortex-A53 processor, a Mali-T 720 GPU,2GB RAM, with whispers of a 12MP camera at the back that does 4K video recording to boot, a 5MP front-facing camera, 32GB of internal memory, LTE connectivity and Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with Flyme OS running on top.
