FIFA is one of the most popular football game franchises and fans have been waiting for its next title particularly since the title for 2015 was more of an evolutionary update and didn’t bring too many major changes. EA Sports has confirmed today that the first news regarding FIFA 16 will be unveiled tomorrow. Up till now it hasn’t said anything about this title and fans will certainly be interested in finding out what EA has to show.
EA has already had ample time to work on this title. It confirmed development on FIFA 16 as far back as 2014 and said the same for FIFA 17.
It was certainly an interesting announcement at that time given that EA said this at a time when FIFA 15 hadn’t even been shipped. It was revealed that EA has “several hundred people” working on the title and work is likely to have come a long way since then.
EA Sports sent out a tweet through its official account on Twitter confirming that the first news on FIFA 16 is going to be announced tomorrow, May 28th. It directs us towards the official YouTube channel for the FIFA game.
In March it was discovered that Amazon Italy had listed FIFA 16 for release in September 2015 but the listing was later pulled and no confirmation came in to say that this release timeframe was correct. However it wouldn’t be wrong to assume that this title will arrive in the fall.
