Alleged Meizu MX5 Spotted In The Wild

Leaks – these do seem to be abundant in this day and age, especially when one takes into consideration the ease of which one will have access to a photo taking device in a factory or product line. Having said that, the Meizu MX5, a smartphone that has been rumored to arrive with a high resolution camera, has allegedly been spotted in the wild as you can see above.

It is but the back plastic shell of the alleged upcoming handset, so we would advise you to take what you see here with your eyeballs with a pinch of salt. Perhaps a whole lot of salt, too, since word on the street has it that the Meizu MX5 would be premiering at a press event this coming June 30. That particular date has yet to be confirmed by Meizu themselves, so it is all pretty much high up in the air.

Rumored specifications of the Meizu MX5 include a 5.5″ Quad HD display, a high-end MediaTek chipset, and a 41MP camera, which would be pretty incredible no matter which angle you look at it. As with all leaks, it would be best to wait for something official to be released or announced before one makes a purchase decision.
