When Samsung announced the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge, that also revealed a bunch of different colors that the handset will be available in. This includes the emerald green finish for the Galaxy S6 and the blue topaz for the Galaxy S6, but oddly enough it seems that both colors aren’t available for purchase just yet.
According to the folks at PhoneArena, they have discovered that even on Samsung’s official websites in the UK and China, both of these colors have been listed as “coming soon” although there is no specific date given. On Samsung’s US website, both colors weren’t even listed as available at all, so we can’t be sure if those colors will even arrive stateside.
Now while color might seem pretty trivial for some users, to others it is pretty important. After all your phone is something you’ll be looking at on a daily basis for at least the next year or two, so it should be something that you enjoy looking at. Not to mention phones are sometimes a status symbol or a fashion accessory, so having a color that stands out might be important to some.
