What goes around comes back around. The phrase fits better on Samsung, who took major jibes at Apple iPhone 6 BendGate issue, now the cannon has been turned towards Samsung. As soon as tests have revealed that Galaxy S6 Edge also has the same bending issue as the iPhone 6 Plus, most of Samsung’s fiercest rivals are taking the opportunity to kick the company when it is down.

Predictably, LG hasn’t held back from taking a pinch, it has posted an image of LG G Flex 2 on its Twitter account, saying, “Some curves just make sense. #bendgate”. The test on Galaxy S6 also proved that the device has the same problem as the iPhone 6 Plus and also that its display is more likely to crack when put under pressure.
Samsung has finally responded to clear the air on the issue, the company said that the 110 lbs of pressure that was used in SquareTrade’s tests was much more than what would be exercised in the real-world use.
Till now, not many have mocked Samsung over the issue, but we can expect many more memes after LG has set the ball rolling. Apple was teased brutally over its BendGate issue, almost all the competitors mocked the company with hilarious memes. It would be interesting to see if Apple too mocks Samsung on the issue.
