LG Publishes Spectacular G4 Drone Footage

At an event in New York City yesterday LG finally unveiled its 2015 flagship smartphone, the LG G4. To show off the device’s improved camera the company played a video at the event that had been captured through the LG G4 hooked up to a drone. In case you were not present at the event to see the video when it was first played, worry not as the company now published it on YouTube.

It’s now available for all to see even if they were not present at the event. The video shows just have much the camera on LG’s latest flagship has been improved as compared to its predecessor, the LG G3.

LG certainly wants the camera to be a major selling point of its new flagship which is why it has highlighted multiple times that its 16 megapixel rear shooter with a larger sensor, laser autofocus and improved Optical Image Stabilization is the best in its class. The device also provides users with manual controls and even has the ability to shoot in RAW.

In our hands-on with the LG G4 we found the camera on the new flagship to be top notch, so the Galaxy S6 certainly has someone breathing down its neck as far as imaging performance goes.

The LG G4 will be released in the U.S. through all major carriers in June.
