Earlier this morning, we did share on how Huawei introduced the long awaited and much leaked Huawei P8 smartphone, but did you know that there is another handset that accompanied it, which is the Huawei P8max? If there is one thing that I can say about the Huawei P8max, it would be the fact that this particular device actually lives up to its name, now how about that?
For starters, the Huawei P8max will feature a huge 6.8” display alongside extremely thin bezels, as though they were more or less non-existent. The 6.8” display though, does not really impress when it comes to the resolution game, since 1080p isn’t exactly going to knock your socks off, but rather, it should have come with a QHD display – although that might also mean pricing the device out of the market.
Hardware specifications include a Kirin 935 chipset with a 64-bit octa-core processor at 2.2GHz, a 13MP camera with OIS, a front-facing 5MP camera, a massive 4,360mAh battery to keep it running, and having a 1W speaker located on the bottom. Expect the Huawei P8max to roll out in 30 countries in a month’s time, with it arrive in 16GB and 64GB models that will cost €550 and €650, respectively.
