Huawei P8 Spotted In New Leaked Image

It was at the end of last year that we reported on how the hardware specifications of the upcoming Huawei P8 smartphone leaked out, and this time around, here we are with part of the device itself shown in a leaked image. Of course, since the real deal has not yet been released, it would then be prudent to take what you see here with a rather large grain of salt, since it might not be the real deal eventually anyways. Still, a device that has yet to hit the market, being leaked out in an image, is worth poring over to see whether it will all add up in the end.

The Huawei P8 is certainly a device that a fair number of people are looking forward to, especially when you take into consideration how its release is less than a couple of weeks from now, thanks to a launch event that has been scheduled for April 15. The surrounding metal frame does seem to be the center of attention for the leak, and Huawei will no doubt beam with pride at the level of craftsmanship involved.

There will also be a recessed power button that is located on the right side, in addition to a volume rocker. Whispers abound that the small button could very well arrive with a fingerprint sensor, but I would prefer to hold my horses and wait for April 15th for all to be revealed.
