The biggest gaming convention of the year is just a few weeks away and we’re obviously very excited about what will be announced in Los Angeles, where E3 takes place. Xbox head at Microsoft, Phil Spencer, recently took to Twitter to offer some information about what we can expect from his gaming division at the trade show in just about two months. We should expect new IP unveilings as well as enhanced focus on first-party games.
Phil Spencer took to Twitter to talk about E3 2015. He says that he’s trying to make this E3 more about “1st party than past E3s.” Also Spencer tweeted that “We should have new exclusive IP at E3.”
Spencer went so far as to say that he thinks this might be the company’s “best 1st party content year ever,” reiterating once more than this year’s game trade show is going to feel a lot different from the ones in the past.
E3 2015 is going to take place in the Los Angeles Convention Center and will run from June 16th through June 18th. Microsoft’s annual E3 press conference is expected to be held in LA on June 15th before the festivities kick off.
Lots of amazing and interesting gaming related information will come in from E3 2015, and I for one just can’t wait to find out how the rest of the year is looking for gamers.
