Due to an arrangement between Activision and Microsoft, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare DLCs arrive on the Xbox first as a timed exclusive before the release dates for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PC are confirmed. The second DLC for this title, called Ascendance, was released on the Xbox One and Xbox 360 on March 31st as a timed exclusive. Today Activision has confirmed when it will be released for the PC and PlayStation.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Ascendance DLC brings four new multiplayer maps for the title aside from a new episode that’s all about zombies, called Infection, it features a star studded cast which includes John Malkovich, Rose McGowan, Bill Paxton and Jon Bernthal.
The DLC itself costs $14.99 to download and it’s included in the $49.99 season pass for Advanced Warfare, if you own that, you’re good to go and don’t have to make another payment.
Activision today confirmed the official release date for the Ascendence DLC. The timed exclusive for Xbox One and Xbox 360 will last for approximately a month before this DLC arrives on other platforms.
Games who are playing Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 or the PC will be able to get their hands on the Ascendance DLC on Wednesday, April 30th.
