The day that many Grand Theft Auto fans had been waiting for is finally here. Rockstar has released GTA 5 for PC today. The game has been unlocked for those who preloaded it and it can now be played in all its 4K glory, if you have a compatible rig that is. You can do some pretty cool things with the PC port, including adding your own music to the game’s radio stations.
Radio stations have been an integral part of the Grand Theft Auto experience for years, and even in previous titles players could add their music to listen to as they drove around in the game.
GTA 5 for PC is no different. By shuffling a few files around it is indeed possible to add music to GTA 5 radio stations on PC. YouTuber NoahJ456 has put up a video guide explaining just how you go about doing that.
Once the procedure is done your music will be playable in whatever car you’re driving in the game, regardless of whether it’s owned by the character you’re playing, or you just stole it off someone on the street in true GTA fashion.
The game also has an exclusive feature called Rockstar Editor. It can be used to create some amazing footage by utilizing clips captured during gameplay. Finished videos can then be uploaded to YouTube or shared with friends.
