Most people who have played with LEGO at some point in their lives will probably recall fond memories of what they were able to create with these little bricks. LEGOs are actually one of the best selling toys for children but there’s actually a whole dedicated community of people of all ages that creates wonderful things out of LEGOs. Take this turntable for example. Made out LEGOs, not only does it look beautiful, but it actually works.
The turntable has been made by Hayarobi, a LEGO enthusiast from Korea, it’s fully operational and works like a proper turntable. Hayarobi used 2,405 pieces to create it. He calls this turntable “The Planet.”
To get it to work Hayarobi used a LEGO Power Functions Battery Box and a LEGO Power Functions M-Motor. The only component in this turntable that’s not made out of LEGO is the phono cartridge from Audio Technica.
Some of the other amazing creations that we have seen include the Jurassic Park which was made out of $100,000 worth of LEGO.
It goes without saying just how enthusiastic the community is about these little bricks. We can rest assured that many more amazing creations will come up in the future, LEGOs are most certainly here to stay.
