Yesterday we reported that Microsoft and Respawn appeared to be giving away the entire DLC range for Titanfall to Xbox One and Xbox 360 gamers, but what about PC gamers? Would they qualify for the free DLCs as well? Thankfully it looks like that is the case as Respawn has extended the offer to PC gamers as well.
We suppose given that the game is available on the PC as well as the Xbox platforms, it would only be fair if Respawn and Microsoft gave away the DLCs to PC gamers as well. Respawn also confirmed in a statement that the free giveaway was part of the company celebrating the one year release of the game. Previously it was speculated that perhaps the giveaway was an error.
According to Vince Zampella CEO of Respawn Entertainment, “Thanks again to all of you who’ve supported us and we can’t wait to make more games for you in the future. In the meantime, if you haven’t tried the new maps, we hope you love them and happy anniversary, Titanfall!” PC gamers looking to get the DLC will need to head on over to Origin and download each DLC pack individually, or they can opt to download the entire thing at once.
This is most likely a limited-time offer so if you’re still deciding if you should get it, we think you should probably go ahead and download it and figure out whether you want to play it later.
