Taylor Swift Purchases .porn And .adult Web Domain Names

Taylor Swift, the celebrity musician who more or less has a squeaky, clean cut and image, has generated a fair amount of buzz online – after she had picked up web domain names that end with .porn and .adult, now how about that? Basically, she picked up the web domain names TaylorSwift.porn and TaylorSwift.adult, and these addresses were part of a public sale by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).

It must be noted that such web domain names will go on sale to the public this coming 1st of June, although there are several stars and companies who have the chance to pick up those domains ahead of time. Microsoft Office did registered Office.porn and Office.adult, and these domains do not come cheap at all – costing up to $2,500, with .porn and .adult domain names costing at a whole lot more affordable $99 price point.

Richard Branson and Stringfellows too, happen to be other famous names that have picked up .adult and .porn domains. It does make plenty of sense to pick up all of these domain names in the first place, lest someone else comes along the way and rides on your fame, making a quick buck at your expense and perhaps causing you plenty of grief and heartache down the road due to unscrupulous Photoshopped images.
