The Samsung Galaxy S6 is the South Korean tech giant’s latest handset and is one that is highly anticipated by many users and rightfully so. The company has changed the way they approach the handset’s design and have given it a slightly more premium feel with the use of glass and metal.
Now last week we heard the rumors that pre-orders for the handset could begin this week and sure enough they have. Samsung has officially announced that pre-orders of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge will begin tomorrow on the 27th of March. Several carriers such as AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and even Best Buy are expected to have the handset available in stores for customers to test it out.
As for the actual release itself, Samsung has confirmed that the phone will be released on the 10th of April and given the popularity of it, you might want to place a pre-order lest you find yourself unable to snag the device upon its release. So far only AT&T has confirmed the price of the phone which is only available on the carrier’s Next installment plan.
The 32GB version will begin at $22.84 a month for the next 24 months, while the Galaxy S6 Edge will go for $27.17 for 24 months which is roughly $100 more than the Galaxy S6 at the end of the day.
