Samsung Galaxy S6 Active Could Feature 5.5-Inch Screen

It was just yesterday that we brought you rumors concerning the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, a smartphone that does make plenty of sense to be released, especially since a precedent for that has been set in the previous generation with the tougher, more rugged Samsung Galaxy S5 Active keeping the vanilla Galaxy S5 company on store shelves. Well, the latest round of rumors concerning the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active would be this – such a smartphone might just arrive with a 5.5” display.

Also going by the model number SM-G890A in searches through the User Agent Profile, it seems that a whopping 20 devices that will carry a similar number have been shipped all the way from South Korea – where 15 of those were shipped on February 20th, while the remaining 5 were shipped just three days ago.

These devices have been listed as test and evaluation units, and it does not look as though that is going to change anytime soon. Ah well, it seems that we will just have to sit tight and wait, playing the patience game yet again, while keeping our fingers crossed that there will be more specific leaks headed our way some time down the road concerning the 5.5″ Samsung Galaxy S6 Active.
