Apple may have a new wireless keyboard to launch in the very near future. The new Apple wireless keyboard has been spotted on Apple’s online store for the Czech Republic. There aren’t any major changes to the form and function though one notable addition has been made. It appears that the new keyboard comes with backlit keys which will make it much easier to use the wireless keyboard in the dark or under low light.
Even though the image of this new keyboard has appeared online early, Apple hasn’t updated the product’s description to match this new feature, the presence of backlit keys seems very likely given that the F5 and F6 keys have been updated to control the brightness of the backlit keys.
The picture also shows that instead of carrying on with the CD eject button, which makes no sense with each passing day, Apple has swapped it for a power button. This makes the external wireless keyboard from Apple look a lot similar to the keyboard’s on the company’s notebooks.
So far Apple has not confirmed if and when this new wireless keyboard will be brought to the market. There is no word as yet if it will see an increase in price.
