Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has just yet another trailer for the masses – and this time around, the Mortal Kombat X Official Shaolin Trailer will see the spotlight being shone on a trio of characters, where there is the sharp-witted Kung Lao (a traveling monk with a hat that does more than keep the sun out from one’s eyes), in addition to a newcomer to the series, Kung Jin, as well as the Bruce Lee wannabe, the Klassic Mortal Kombat Kombatant known as Liu Kang.
In this particular trailer, additional insight is made into Mortal Kombat X’s story, where it has been revealed that Raiden’s champions of Earthrealm from the past have returned from the world of the dead, and this time around, they are under the puppet strings of the sinister former Elder God, Shinnok.
You can be sure that more than enough hype surrounding Mortal Kombat X has already been made, and this game does look set to be a winner when it is released. The thing is, how well will it do, and is this going to be a catalyst for even more Mortal Kombat titles in the series down the road? Only time will be able to tell, so sit tight and enjoy the show!
