MetroPCS Launches New Unlimited Plan

Consumers these days happen to be spoiled for choice when it comes to the type of smartphones that they can pick from, not to mention the number of plans to choose in order to best suit their usage styles and needs. Having said that, MetroPCS, a carrier that introduced an unlimited LTE plan for $50 a month in January this year, has launched yet another new unlimited plan which intends to deliver a whole lot of bang for your hard earned buck. This Tuesday saw the roll out of a new MetroPCS $30 unlimited plan.

This particular unlimited plan will also include the likes of unlimited talk (chat through the night till the sun rises), texting, and of course, data – the staple of every modern day smartphone users, every single month. In addition, this new plan will also come with 1GB of 4G data from T-Mobile’s network.

Do bear in mind that this new plan can be signed up for from MetroPCS stores beginning today, where you will need to own a MetroPCS GSM phone in the first place which is capable of hooking up to 3G or 4G. MetroPCS did mention that handsets with LTE are not eligible for this plan. [Press Release]
