LG Magna, Spirit, Leon, Joy Begins Their Global Rollout

In February ahead of MWC 2015, LG announced four new handsets in the form of the LG Magna, Spirit, Leon, and Joy. For those wondering what’s become of those devices, you might be interested to learn that according to LG, they have begun to make their way into the market starting with South Korea before making its way to Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America.

The handsets aren’t particularly amazing in terms of hardware, but given their mid-range specs chances are they will be priced somewhat affordably. Starting with the LG Magna, this is a 5-inch 720p HD smartphone with a quad-core processor under its hood. It will be accompanied by 1GB of RAM, an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, 8GB of storage, and a 2,540mAh battery.

Next is the LG Spirit with its 4.7-inch HD display and an 8MP rear-facing camera with LED flash, a 1MP front-facing camera, a 2,100mAh battery, but other than that it will share similar specs to the LG Magna. As for the LG Leon, it will sport a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, and will be available in either 3G or 4G versions.

Last but not least is the LG Joy which will probably be the cheapest of the bunch. It will come with a 4-inch WVGA display with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of storage, a 5MP rear-facing camera and a VGA front-facing camera with a 1,900mAh battery. All four handsets will come with Android 5.0 Lollipop preinstalled.
