If there is one particular good thing about concepts, it would be the simple fact that concepts are easy to think of, and the are not bound by the laws of physics as well as any other rules in the real world. Having said that, here is a unique concept motorcycle by Honda that might just pique your interest. It looks refined enough to be used on the streets, and yet it has that sense of ruggedness which would not see it out of place when tackling a dirt trail.
In a nutshell, the Honda Bulldog Concept Motorcycle happens to be designed to be the ideal touring partner. It will come with a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke DOHC inline 2-cylinder 400cc engine, 15-inch wide tires, a low seat, a built-in carrier, as well as a six-speed transmission accompanied by a couple of headlights. The entire shebang would arrive in an understated black and teal layer of paint, with integrated storage on either side of the fuel tank.
The concept of “Lovable Touring Partner” was the driving force behind the Honda Bulldog concept, and it is meant to push the boundaries of conventional leisure motorcycles. Expect it to be exhibited at the 42nd Tokyo Motorcycle Show from March 27 to March 29 at Tokyo Big Sight. [Press Release]
