You know for sure that a company like Google is always open to new ideas, and hence, it is far from surprising to see that the Internet search giant has opened up a Google Shop, where it comes across as a store-within-a-store all the way in London. This is the first time that such a “Google Shop” has opened up in London, where the Google Shop is located within Currys PC World on Tottenham Court Road.
When you step into the store, you should be cordially greeted by a selection of Android phones and tablets, Chromebook laptops, Chromecast dongles as well as various other products that hail from the search engine giant. Not too sure whether a particular handset, like the Nexus 6, is suitable for you? Fret not, there will be demo units available, as well as demo apps that can be launched for you to have a go.
Since this Google Shop is a store-within-a-store, it is not a fully independent endeavor, although this would certainly be a milestone for the company, as the shop is the very first brick and mortar location which Google has decided to open under its own name. If the world is going to last for the next 200 years, and Google is still around as a company, this might be hallowed ground by then. At least it sounds like a far better idea as opposed to a Google Barge.
