Last year Capcom announced Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition. Since then it hasn’t provided us with much updates about the progress of this title. Some more information has come in through a magazine which provides details about the title, and also reveals some new models that will be part and parcel of this game.
Famitsu magazine’s report says that Vergil, who happens to be the twin brother of Dante, will be playable in Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition through a new game mode called “Vergil Game.”
A “Lady Game” and “Trish Game” mode will also be available for gamers who want to play as those characters. In these modes gamers will be able to play all missions that they previously had to play with either Dante or Nero.
It is also said in the report that the Legendary Dark Knight bonus difficulty mode from the PC version of this title will be included in Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition from the get go.
Capcom has already confirmed that Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition will be released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Japan on June 18th, 2015. The title will also be released for PC gamers on June 24th. Limited copies will bring additional costumes for Lady and Trish.
