[MWC 2015] I don’t know about you, but BlackBerry is certainly having a ball of a time today, first having announced that the BlackBerry Classic will be made available in three more new colors apart from the regular black, as well as the official announcement of the mid-range BlackBerry Leap. Well, here we are with something that should hit the markets in the future, except that we do not know of the exact date. A curved screen slider was shown off at MWC 2015 this year, causing its fair share of excitement along the way.
Right at the end of BlackBerry’s MWC press conference, a curved, slider smartphone actually managed to make its way onto the stage – where it was subsequently captured on camera for all to see, not to mention making its way onto Twitter. This device is certainly a surprise – and a pleasant one at that, too, from the folks over at BlackBerry, where it does seem to suggest an actual double-edged display in the same vein as that of the new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. Well, it might also be a visual effect of the overlaying glass, so until the actual device is introduced, we will just have to live on rumors and speculation.
