The Apple Watch Edition is Apple’s highest-end wearable and is expected to be priced starting at $10,000 and will go up to as high as $17,000. At these prices, one could easily nab themselves a luxury timepiece of the traditional variety, so why would anyone want to drop $10-17,000 on an Apple Watch? The red carpet treatment, of course.

According to the folks at 9to5Mac, they have learnt from their sources that customers who purchase the Apple Watch Edition will be given preferential treatment in the sense that they will have a dedicated Expert who will tend to their needs and enquiries and will also provide them with a personalized “journey” from the start of the appointment, all the way until the end of the appointment which is said to last an hour.

They will also be getting access to a dedicated Apple Watch Edition phone support line that will work 24/7, and that they will not have to wait in line as customers who are interested in the Apple Watch Edition will be given priority access. Such services are not uncommon when you think about credit card companies, banks, hotels, or car companies that cater to the elite, so it is interesting to see Apple potentially moving to that market. The Apple Watch will go on pre-order starting 10th April and will be available for purchase come 24th of April.
