Do you remember the good old days of gaming, when all that was required was a single disk or cartridge to get the action going? I mean, to have a game that arrived in several 3.5” floppies were deemed to be large. We have since come a long way, and I also remember another milestone of sorts with Final Fantasy VII for the PC came with 4 CDs – which was huge for its time. Having said that, here we are with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, where we have received word that this huge RPG (Role Playing Game) would require a minimum of 50GB of hard drive space on your PS4, which means it is high time you start to perform some sort of spring cleaning right now if you would like to get your hands on this particular title.
This particular RPG from CD Projekt would hopefully be able to live up to the hype, otherwise it would be a major disappointment if the game bombed in the market. Of course, such a figure should not come across as too much of a surprise these days, taking into consideration how Grand Theft Auto V itself managed to take up a somewhat similar amount of space, in addition to the likes of Killzone: Shadow Fall. Ah well, at least you have until May this year before The Witcher 3 is released, leaving you a fair bit of time to clear up whatever unwanted clutter before that.
