Blizzard has released many games over the years, although the company is probably best known for the StarCraft, Warcraft, and Diablo franchises. However before those games, Blizzard had other titles that were released, one of them was Lost Vikings which was basically a game about a trio of Vikings.
Now you might recall that Blizzard said they would be adding these Vikings to the company’s Heroes of Storm MOBA, and if you’re lucky enough to be in the beta (or paid your way into it), you will be pleased to learn that Blizzard has made good on their word and has included these new characters into the game.
Given that there are three of them, the Lost Vikings will add a unique dynamic to the game. They can be controlled separately and they can be killed individually with no effect on the other two characters, and they will have their own respawn timers as well. This essentially means you have three different heroes to manage. Alternatively they can also be controlled all at once, but it is really up to you how you want to play it.
As expected there are different skins that gamers can choose from to deck their Lost Vikings out in, some of which are pretty cool and some of which are pretty silly and novel. If you’re curious about these new heroes, just fire up the game and take them for a spin.
