Many people get by with clean and healthy teeth by using regular toothbrushes, but there are some who advocate the use of electric ones because they think that these toothbrushes are better. Now for those who are fans of electric toothbrushes, how does the idea of an electric toothbrush with a subscription sound to you?
Dubbed Quip, this is a toothbrush service that actually has a subscription attached to it. The toothbrush itself comes with a vibrating handle that will stop vibrating when it thinks that it is time for you to start brushing another section of your teeth, which we have to admit is a pretty clever idea.
The subscription itself will see customers pay $10 every 3 months in which they will then receive new bristles and two new tubes of toothpaste. Granted bristles and toothpaste can be easily bought at the store, but if you’d rather not have to run out and get it, the subscription service will ensure you will have new bristles and toothpaste every few months.
So how much is the total package? It will be priced anywhere between $25-$40 and there is even a low-tech version where you can opt for a non-electric toothbrush. In any case if this sounds like an interesting idea, head on over to Quip’s website for the details.
