Sony has sent out invitations for its Mobile World Congress 2015 event. We know that it has new products to announce. Xperia Z4 should be the next flagship smartphone from this company and there have been a steady stream of rumors and reports about this device. Today a user on Weibo, China’s Twitter, posted a picture of what is claimed to the front panel of the Sony Xperia Z4. It shows just how thin the bezels might be on Sony’s upcoming flagship.
One might mistake it for the Xperia Z3 at first glance but subtle differences tell the two apart. Sony seems to have swapped the holes for front camera and sensors on the panel. This is believed to be an indication pointing towards an improved front camera on the new device.
Sony seems to have stuck with the thin bezels of Xperia Z3. The bezels we see in these pictures are pretty thin as well though obviously once the front panel is attached to the actual body the bezels become a bit more chunky.
Rumor has it that the Xperia Z4 will have a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 810 processor with 4GB RAM, 20.7 megapixel rear camera from Sony and a 4.8 megapixel wide-angle camera on the front.
Water and dust proofing as well as a 3,420mAh battery are expected to be onboard as well.
