Given that it is a lockscreen, it seemed odd that there was no security measures, but the latest update has added the ability for users to lock their phone using a PIN or pattern, which like we said is odd but we guess better late than never, right? Considering that the app was also designed for the business crowd, it seems strange that Microsoft decided to omit such security measures until now.
The update has also brought about support for additional languages and is now available in English, Spanish, and Chinese (Mandarin). Microsoft has also disabled the home button press to prevent accidental unlocks, along with the usual host of bug fixes and performance optimizations. The update is available for download via the Google Play Store so if you have yet to update or download the app, you can check it out for free.
