Lumia 925 And Lumia 1020 In Europe Receives Denim Update

If you happen to reside over in Europe, and happen to be a (still) proud owner of the Nokia Lumia 925 or Lumia 1020 smartphones, then it might be all good for you to sit up and take notice – apparently, you can take the step to update your handset to Denim today. A quick glance has seen the likes of users from Italy, Germany and Croatia, among other countries, picking up the Country Variant (which is SIM-free) update or the latter, which is through Vodafone (in the Netherlands, for example), for one or both handsets.

Of course, just to refresh one’s memory, there will be key enhancements that will arrive alongside the Lumia Denim update, where it would deliver Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1, multiple camera-related updates, live folders, Cortana – the digital assistant that is smarter than you think, an apps corner, the ability to merge SMS as well as forward them, Snooze Times, and consumer VPN, now how about that?

Getting Denim on your Lumia is a no-brainer, all that you need to do is to head to Apps List > Settings > Phone Update > Check for updates on your smartphone, before following those subsequent instructions religiously.
