According to a recent sighting on HTC’s website, it seems that HTC has decided to fully embrace the “M” naming scheme by calling it the HTC One M9, thus doing away with any confusion that customers might about their phones and its previous models. Of course it remains to be seen if HTC will actually be using this name but with the company’s event at MWC 2015 taking place on the 1st of March, we won’t have to wait much longer for the details.
In the meantime a recent leak has pretty much revealed all of the HTC One M9’s specs. This includes a 5-inch Full HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset under the hood with 3GB of DDR4 RAM, LTE Cat 6 connectivity, a 20.6MP rear-facing camera, a possible 4MP front-facing UltraPixel camera, BoomSound stereo speakers, and a 2,840mAh battery with Android 5.0 Lollipop running the show.
