According to @upleaks, the HTC One M9 “Hima” will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core chipset with four 2.0GHz cores and four 1.5GHz cores. It will come with 3GB of DDR4 RAM, a 5-inch Full HD display, 32/64GB of onboard storage, LTE Cat 6 connectivity, and Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with Sense 7.0.
It is also expected to come with a 20.7MP rear-facing camera and it seems that HTC might have decided to move their 4MP UltraPixel camera to the front instead. There will be BoomSound stereo speakers, Bluetooth 4.0, a microSD card slot for memory expansion, and a 2,840mAh battery under the hood.
So far it sounds like what we already know, although admittedly we are a bit disappointed that HTC has decided to go with a Full HD display instead of QHD which is expected to be the new standard and something which we’re sure many will be pointing out when comparing it to other flagships from Samsung, LG, Sony, Motorola, and so on.
In any case take it with a grain of salt for now, but be sure to check back with us on the 1st of March for all the official details.
