Xbox is home to the Forza racing franchise and folks who have a copy of Forza Horizon 2 have something to look forward to today. The title has received a new DLC pack which brings over a handful of cars that have been “approved by the folks at Top Gear.” The pack is available for download starting today and claims to offer something for every kind of car fan.
For those who don’t know Top Gear is a motoring show that airs on BBC. It has a massive global fan following, the show itself is syndicated in countless countries and its three hosts, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, are revered by petrolheads across the globe.
Xbox Wire calls it the best Forza Horizon DLC pack “IN THE WORLD,” they’re certainly excited, the DLC brings 2015 Lexus RC F, BMW M235i, Jaguar XJ220, the “Rambo Lambo” and the Ferrari 458 Speciale. The Ford Lotus Cortina is this month’s free car.
The Top Gear car pack DLC for Forza Horizon 2 can be purchased for $5. Xbox owners who happen to have a Car Pass for this title will get the DLC for free.
The release of this DLC has been timed with the release of Top Gear UK’s new season which is available on Xbox Video.
