The good news is that Dropbox has recently announced a new extension for Chrome users that will basically allow to select files from within Gmail itself and attach it to the email you’re about to send. This is a slightly more efficient way of attaching links to emails if you’re looking to cut down on some time, although this is only attaching a link to the file as opposed to the file itself.
So if you want to save your reader time, this probably isn’t the way to go, but if you’re okay with just providing links to the files, then we reckon this could be an extension worth checking out. We should note that according to its listing that the extension is in its beta, although so far there has not been any issues with it so far, but perhaps you’ll want to keep an eye out anyway.
For those interested in getting their hands on the extension, head on over to the Chrome Web Store to install it in your browser.
