Earlier this week, we did bring you word that the Assassin’s Creed Unity Patch would be able to deliver content locked by the companion app, and here we are with additional word on the Assassin’s Creed Unity Patch which will most certainly not go down well with PC gamers. Apparently, the most recent patch would experience a delay for those who are rocking to the game on a PC that runs on Windows, as it has been confirmed by folks over at Ubisoft via official Assassin’s Creed Twitter account.
It was earlier this week that Ubisoft, the developer, announced how it would work on unlocking the exclusive content across all platforms by the time February 19 rolls around. It looks like this is not going to be the case, as the company has since mentioned: “The release of Patch 5 for PC has been delayed, we will have more news on this soon.”
The Assassin’s Creed Unity Companion app for Android and iOS was launched in the previous year, where it arrived at the same time with the game itself on the PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One platforms. Do bear in mind that this patch has already been available ot those who are rocking to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
