Come 1st of March, HTC is expected to take the wraps off their upcoming flagship smartphone in the form of the HTC One M9. Now in terms of design, not much is known about the upcoming handset for now. In fact an earlier rumor had even suggested that the leaked photos we’ve been seeing are apparently clever plants meant to throw us off.
That being said the folks at Nowhereelse.fr have managed to get their hands on newly leaked photos that are allegedly that of the HTC One M9. The photos only show off the backplate for the upcoming handset and from what we can tell, it looks a lot like the earlier leaks and shows off a square camera cutout which is what we’ve seen in the earlier leaks.
It’s hard to say if these photos are the real deal or if they are still part of the HTC plants that the OEM has been releasing in a bid to confuse us until the actual event. In any case they should best be taken with a grain of salt for now, but be sure to check back with us on the 1st of March for all the details.
HTC is also expected to unveil their plans for wearables at the event where the rumors claim that we could be looking at a fitness band and not a smartwatch.
