Terry Myerson, chief of Microsoft’s operating systems division, shared, “Once a device is upgraded to Windows 10, we’ll be keeping it current for the supported lifetime for the device.” It has been said that the newly announced operating system happens to be “one of the largest internet services on the planet.”
When will Windows 10 roll out then? It will happen some time later this year, and we are clearly on the edge of our seats to know more on the exact release date. Still, this should be reason enough to be happy knowing that once one had already made the jump to Windows 7 or newer, there is no need to spend more money just to keep up with the times. Small organizations will probably heave a sigh of relief as well.
