On January 21st Microsoft unveiled Windows 10. The company laid down its vision for the future of its operating system at the event. There it also talked about Windows 10 for phones and all of the new features and improvements that this iteration is going to bring. Microsoft is not done talking about it yet. Its putting together a video demonstration which is going to detail some of the major Windows 10 for phones features.
The highlight of Microsoft’s event undoubtedly was the consumer version of Windows 10. Major new features were detailed, like the all new web browser Microsoft is building, and touch enabled Office apps got some much needed attention.
Even though the company did touch upon Windows 10 for phones it didn’t go all out and that’s because work is still ongoing so all of the features couldn’t be detailed during the event.
Microsoft’s Windows Phone honcho Joe Belfiore has revealed through Twitter that the company is working on a video which is going to show Windows 10 for phones features. He does mention that its going to take 1-2 weeks before this video demonstration is ready so hold on to your horses for now, its going to take some time.
Windows 10 is going to be released later this year, a confirmed release date has not yet been provided.
